In 2024, it was acquired by an hospitality collective dedicated to preserving properties of architectural significance while making them available to those who appreciate true luxury.
Every surface—from the hand-finished marble to the custom millwork—reflects Rossi's philosophy: that a space should whisper rather than shout. The villa contains no unnecessary ornament. Every element serves both function and beauty.
